If you are an Akronite, this article should be required reading to understand your history:
This is what African-American racISM looks like. It’s policies that undermine black people. And now we are doing it again by giving people 15 years of tax free living if they build a new house in Akron. This incredible gift will disproportionately benefit wealthy white people. It will increase cost of living in Akron which will make things harder for poor people in general.
(All these policies increase homelessness.)
