On Jon Stewart Bill Clinton Calls Out the Tea Party
Tea Partiers are being used. They are pawns in a game which is designed to weaken the federal government’s regulatory authority, because fewer regulations mean the ability to cut corners and reduce costs, which leads to increased profits.

I generally believe this about much of the Republican leaders and what they are doing to morally conservative voters. I think the Republicans have somehow gotten these people on their side. They vote Republican and then nothing happens for them. Fighting abortion never comes up once they are in power. Republicans are about money (which is actually the aspect of conservatives that appeals to me). They aren’t about morals.
While I’m not morally conservative, this makes me angry. I feel like the Republicans are manipulating these people by talking a good game and then not actually doing anything for them once they get in office.
