What is going on with the city of Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan’s administration? They are jumping overboard like rats off a sinking ship.
These people have left so far:
- Police Chief Kenneth Ball
- Director of Neighborhood Assistance John Valle
- Deputy Mayor for Integrated Development James Hardy
and yesterday, 2 people left with no other job plans:
- The youngest female cabinet member in Akron’s history Press Secretary/Senior Strategic Counsel Ellen Lander Nisch
- Chief of Staff/Deputy Mayor of Administration Annie McFadden
Those are all $100,000+ plus jobs. The only person to leave for another job was James Hardy. Everybody else… just left.
