I think a lot about the American Condition… we work harder and longer than any other society in the world. Even the Japanese get more days off than us.
On the outside, you hear people complain about it. But at our core, I think we like it. I think our work ethic is the essence of who we are.
In Matt’s post, he talks about how he often would sneak away while others were vacationing so he could get extra work done. He goes on to say that so many others are doing the same now, that it’s like a normal work day.
We are a dedicated bunch.
