The Ohio Department of Agriculture Auction Program offers an example contract for auctioneers here:

The problem with it is that it has a big “SAMPLE” watermark all over it. And it is also in PDF format. So you can’t edit it easily.
We’ve reworked that contract and put it in Microsoft Word. That way you can edit it till your heart’s content.
