It occured to me today that marketing doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, I think if we simplified our marketing strategy we would probably be more successful.
I’m thinking it might look something like this:
- Saturate and refine the complete PPC market for our industry
- 2 years – in 2008
- Do 12 Tradeshows a year.
- 3 years – in 2009
- Refine our content on our site – Ongoing
- video
- audio
- niche content
- Once these areas are saturated… start innovating.
