  • Running in Long Point State Park near Jamestown NY this morning. Rocky’s family has a house up here. #marathon #
  • Ran for 1:15. I feel like a broke through some ceiling. Had a lot more in me. No mile markers at Long Point State Park. #marathon #
  • Incidentally, Long Point State Park bike trail is mostly regular roads with little bicycle signs. Gorgeous, though. #
