  • Last 3 miles done till Sunday's Pittsburgh Marathon. I'm ready to tear it up. I'll try my best 4 Pics, vids & posts during #PGHmarathon #
  • After this weekend's marathon I'm going to try running some in my Converse. I'm suspect of shoe "technology". Shoe "marketing" more likely. #
  • The Neti Pot brings the phrase "keep your nose clean" to a whole new level. I'm a believer! #
