This was a strange week. I was actually gaining weight during the middle of the week even though my calories were on point. But then all of a sudden I lost 2 pound seemingly instantly this past weekend.

These kinds of weeks can be discouraging. But it's important to keep in mind that this is a marathon. Trust the plan / Work the plan.
I'm down 9.6 pounds. This is the fastest I've ever lost weight. It's also the most strict I've ever been on calorie restriction. Eat less - lose more weight. That's pretty much my entire "plan". But it seems to be working.
For the first time I feel not hungry and not tired. But I gained .2 pounds since yesterday.
I'm definitely losing weight. But there is nothing exciting about it for me. I've just got over 80 days to go. And then I need to change my entire lifestyle of eating. Blah! But I don't want to die. So that's why I keep doing it.
Still really hungry in the morning. But I feel better today than yesterday. WAY less tired.
I've lost another pound. That's a total of 2.2 pounds in two days. I feel like it's too much. I'm SO tired today. I should be losing 2 pounds a week. But I'm going to keep going at this pace.
I feel like my brain and body are getting hip to what I'm doing and they are not happy with me.
This is the 4th time I've been on this "journey." But this time I think I have a clearer way of keeping off the weight. But first I have to get it off.
