This was a strange week. I was actually gaining weight during the middle of the week even though my calories were on point. But then all of a sudden I lost 2 pound seemingly instantly this past weekend.

Sage’s Weight Loss Journey – Day 14
I’m down 9.6 pounds. This is the fastest I’ve ever lost weight. It’s also the most strict I’ve ever been on calorie restriction. Eat less – lose more weight. That’s pretty much my entire “plan”. But it seems to be working.

For the first time I feel not hungry and not tired. But I gained .2 pounds since yesterday.

I’m definitely losing weight. But there is nothing exciting about it for me. I’ve just got over 80 days to go. And then I need to change my entire lifestyle of eating. Blah! But I don’t want to die. So that’s why I keep doing it.

Still really hungry in the morning. But I feel better today than yesterday. WAY less tired.

I’ve lost another pound. That’s a total of 2.2 pounds in two days. I feel like it’s too much. I’m SO tired today. I should be losing 2 pounds a week. But I’m going to keep going at this pace.
